John Downing was a scientist, subject matter expert, supervisor and project manager for Stone & Webster Engineering and the subsequent Stone & Webster companies operating within Shaw Group, Chicago Bridge & Iron, and Westinghouse. After the tenth months of the Westinghouse bankruptcy, John Downing Consulting LLC was formed in February 2018 to continue to service long-standing clients in the electric power and transmission as well as the water and wastewater industries.
